Payments Accepted
To guarantee your order, it must be paid in full. Payments accepted via PayFast.
Lead Time
Kids Activities: Please allow for a 1-2 week lead time for any Kids Activities after payment has been received. For downloadable products you will receive an email with the link to download the product.
Mom & Baby: Please allow for a 2-3 week lead time for any Mom & Baby products after payment has been received.
Courier / Delivery
Courier nationwide with Pep Paxi at own expense.
Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
After order is confirmed via full payment, the order cannot be cancelled. Returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Materials / Equipment / Fabric
Kids Activities: All the required materials and equipment will be listed clearly. Some basic general equipment and materials may be required additionally to complete each activity / task / project which may not be included in your purchase.
Mom & Baby: Fabric colours may differ slightly from photos provided. Design options are limited to availability.

Claims / Injury / Damage
Parental supervision is required when using any of the products. No claims of any nature whatsoever can be made against Izelle Mengel, Cara Lily or any party thereof in the event of any injuries and/or damages which may be sustained as a result of activities or use of the equipment or any other cause whatsoever.
